Investment Objective

The Fund invests in local Kenyan small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and provides post-investment technical assistance funding, through the Technical Assistance Facility.

It uses primarily quasi-equity and debt instruments when structuring its deals, and makes individual investments of between US$50,000 and US$500,000.

Fund Manager

The Fund is managed by Business Partners International Kenya, and its local team of professional staff.

Technical Assistance Facility

A Technical Assistance Facility is available for the Manager to use in support of the investments it makes in client companies.
